I'm so excited about this latest release - getting the opportunity to voice Wonder Woman ABSOLUTELY was on my bucket list somewhere. I had a wonderful and challenging recording session with the talented Marissa Lenti, and the Screw Attack team did an amazing job with this episode. I'm so glad I was able to be involved!
The horror visual novel "The Letter" is now available on Steam, currently on sale for 10% off through July 31st! You can hear me as Rose right away at the beginning of the game. Yangyang mobile did a wonderful job on this game, with voice direction by Amber Lee Connors.
After some much needed sleep, I had my second solo panel on Audio Drama and Podcasting early Saturday afternoon. We had a very chill and fun conversation, and thankfully a few people were already familiar with some of the more popular shows, such as Nightvale and We're Alive. I'm trying to decide how I want to eventually add the information I presented to either youtube or as a blog post, but if you're curious to see my recommendations for other shows to check out, I try to keep this page of the Elysium site curated and up to date as I find more!
Between panels, we met up with some other NY voice actors and Youtubers for Hibachi. In particular, I was happy to finally meet Jessi Nowack, who I've been in several projects with, but had never formally met. I also had some of the best Pad Thai of my life.
At 9, Adam, Amber, and I hosted an After Dark panel, which was a fun opportunity to talk about some of the more bizarre experiences we'd encountered as creatives and contractors. We continued until the con closed, and ended up spending a few more hours back at the hotel eating snacks and catching up with each other's lives.
After thanking the con staff, we took a train down to the city for a few hours so I could see downtown New York for myself. I had Korean barbecue for the first time, and got to see the Public Library, Grand Central, and Time Square. I embraced the fact that I was being a complete tourist and took a stupid amount of pictures of the buildings and scenery around me. Bless my friends for watching and waiting when I was inevitably distracted.
I've been wanting to write more tutorial content for a while and felt like using video may be a more efficient way to do so! I'll still be writing more about voice over, but if you want to brush up on your audio editing skills in the mean time, be sure to follow my Introduction to ProTools course!
Episode 5 of the Elysium Project is now available, along with a new series of mini episodes! Check them out on iTunes, or listen to Episode 5 on Youtube now.
Here me as the voice of the AI "Sybry" in this trailer for the Security Hole - now available on Steam!
Sound Cadence Studios just cast and directed their first VR game! I only appear briefly as an extra in this one, but it's my first VR role and the game looks wonderful! (You can hear me at 21:17)
My first full narrated audio book is now available on Audible! Consider giving it a listen if you get the chance!
A teenage girl with an ageless power.
